Upbeat, vibrant, and totally delightful – this logo engages professionals and laypeople alike as it has demonstrably proven to bring a smile to so many faces! We were intent to parlay as distinctly as possible that to “Be A School Nurse” is a career for the young at heart healthcare professional interested in working in a young environment. Don’t bother to apply if you’re not a kid-friendly nurse.
The choice of colors are integral to the logo messaging as evidenced by this vibrant and funky purple and yellow combo. It’s all about joie de vivre and lively energy. The brand went through many iterations until we encapsulated its spirit just right.
Our ad campaign was a brainstorming fiesta across all departments at AdLib. Strategically, we had to determine the key motivators to becoming a school nurse and who exactly was the target audience.
Whether it’s the job flexibility, family-friendly environment or just the extra cash – we mapped out the myriad advantages of this satisfying career.
From a fully wrapped vehicle to bus shelter billboards, the inviting “BE A SCHOOL NURSE” message was broadcast throughout New York’s 5 boroughs. The results: Increased applicants and a surge in Comprehensive Resource School nurses in city public and private schools.
