To capitalize on the positive stories and feedback that highlight the Center’s excellence (clinical and otherwise), we crafted a multi-faceted marketing campaign that touted the signature So Nice at Sinai imprint. Rehabilitation success story cards, newspaper ads, building signage, social media and monthly newsletters all portrayed this succinct message, while highlighting different areas of excellence.

What was your “So Nice at Sinai” experience at his week? In conjunction, we developed a facility-wide contest encouraging residents and families to share their positive feedback in English and Spanish.
